We use TransUnion SmartMove to screen Applicants  There is a $40 fee to use this service which is paid online directly to TransUnion.​  We will also accept Zillow screenings where the applicant pays a one-time fee that can be used at multiple locations that are willing to accept it.

We do a complete credit and criminal background check.  All occupants over the age of 18 should complete a separate application.  Let us know if you would like an application emailed to you in pdf format.
